For over two decades I have coached world champion athletes to become the best they can be in the ring, I have consulted with Special Force Military Units on helping them define and implement a winning performance mental game for the battlefield. I have acted as a performance coach for countless CEO’s, business leaders and inspiring entrepreneurs to find their center of power, manage their fear, anger and frustration and help them develop into Embodied-Warriors for the boardroom. I offer a unique program of Warriorship tools, grounded in training the body to refocus the mind.

Outside of this I have qualified in the fields of Karate, Muay Thai and western boxing. I currently continue to develop and innovate the 2 martial arts based programs I developed, namely the Crazy monkey Defense Program and the Somatic Martial-Arts Life Coaching Program.
