I am a strategy consultant at heart with over 15 years of experience in blue-chip organisations across Asia, Latin America, and Australia during which time I have developed a deep understanding of analytically driven marketing.

My six year career with McKinsey & Company provided me with the unique opportunity to develop world-class strategy development skills. During this period, I created an internal division which offered specialised analytical services to consultants on client engagements throughout Asia and America. The desire for less travel persuaded me in 2003 to leave McKinsey & Co and join Westpac. I joined this blue-chip Financial Services organisation as a key contributor to the CRM program, with a mandate to transform the operational model for Analytcial CRM and Direct Marketing. As the Head of Sales & Marketing effectiveness at Foxtel, I am on a mission to create a world-class customer insights & direct marketing campaign delivery team, and having a great time while doing it.
