The house recently raised $22M from donors to build a new 48,000+ sq. ft. Ronald McDonald House at Stanford that has 46 rooms & family suites and is run by volunteers. Craig chairs the HR committee for the board and is also on the executive committee of the Randy Cross Invitational Golf and Tennis Tournament benefiting the house.

    Hudson was spun off from TMP Worldwide (the parent company of Monster.com) in April 2003. Craig was responsible for sales and marketing over the U.S. IT Services Division. He designed and implemented a new brand positioning, direct marketing program, collateral material, public relations and advertising campaign to increase visibility and generate new business.

    Craig was hired to replace the co-founder of the company and was given operational responsibility over the 30 person Permanent Placement Division. Over the next 4 years he opened 44 new offices, hired 400 recruiters and built sales revenue from $3M to $70M annually. In addition to his sales management & operations responsibility he was also the CMO and headed up all marketing, public relations, and training efforts. In 1999, Craig spearheaded the project to re-brand the company as "The Talent Source for the Internet Economy" that led to a $100M market cap increase within 30 days.

    During his time with the company Hall Kinion went public with an IPO in August of 1997, acquired 5 other companies, increased revenues from $25M/yr to $296M/yr, had a very successful secondary public offering, was added to the S&P Small Cap Index and was listed by Forbes magazine as one of the Top 25 Best Companies in America.

    Craig built the sales team from a start-up to 65 people strong as he took reveunes from $1M to $25M a year. He helped raise 2 rounds of venture funding from Mayfield Fund, Venrock, D&B Enterprises, JMI, and Information Partners.

    He worked closely with Marketing and Product Development to create unique products and programs to increase sales revenue. Under his leadership SMI built a large VAR network of 300 partners to develop custom applications for niche markets. Craig spearheaded the consulting division to work on custom application development projects for key clients such as CATMAN - Catastrophe Management application for Continental Insurance. He recruited, hired and trained all sales staff, and aided in due diligence on multiple M&A projects. When SMI acquired Donnelly Marketing Information Services from Dunn & Bradstreet, Craig managed the post merger sales transition team.
