Earlier, Mr. Dalton managed business development for interactive television and mobile pioneer, Proteus, having completed the first TV to SMS campaign in the US with Super Bowl XXXVI in 2002 that established the TV to SMS market in the U.S. Mr. Dalton holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Irvine and a BSBA in Business Administration from The American University.
