I love to help people, period. Overall. I take the "obsessed with the customer" approach to information design, so usability is paramount. And measurement is key to understanding the customer, what metrics matter and where to take action based on the results! I'm always aware of how easy it is for each of us to get what we need from websites and then move on. Good sites use proven standards that allow you to flow from one task to the next, without thinking. I also love to work on projects that have a big impact, figure out the high level concepts, and then help define and refine the details.
