In a nutshell, I make information clear and easy to understand. In addition to information architecture, I’m actively involved in the entire design process—from assessing the audience’s needs to rigorously testing the interface with end users.
Although information continues to inundate us, I believe that by taking a user-centered approach (and cutting the corporate-speak), clarity can still prevail.
