My experience includes editorial management, content and website development, as well as production of executive conferences and other events. I have managed an editorial staff of 20 and budgets up to $4 million. I have also produced and hosted webinars, webcasts, podcasts and online events.

An expert storyteller, I write blog items, reviews, speeches, articles and news copy for technology news websites. For corporate clients, I write blogs, product stories and other content, including press releases and customer-facing content used across online, print and broadcast.

As a broadcaster, I have been a radio news anchor, general assignment reporter, public safety reporter, radio talk show host and technology commentator. I have worked as a news reporter covering city government for a suburban newspaper as well written for a large national daily. I have edited content created by other writers and written headlines used both online and in print.

Besides technology, I have written local and national news for clients including USA Today and others. Volunteer Experience & Causes

Co-founder/Vice President

Tracy Cat Rescue, Inc.
– Present (6 months)Animal Welfare

Tracy Cat Rescue was created to improve the lives of community cats in San Joaquin County through education; Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs; encouraging the fostering, socialization and adoption of their kittens; and to encourage the community to care for all cats in a compassionate and humane way.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to enhance and protect the welfare of community cats and to promote the humane treatment of these animals by providing food, shelter and health care; implementing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs; and educating the community on the benefits of TNR.

We promote community awareness of the need to spay/neuter pets, as well as work to re-home friendly strays and remove kittens from feral colonies and place them into forever homes.

We are advocates for the protection of all cats from cruelty and recognize their right to live in a safe environment.

We oppose the killing of adoptable animals by shelters and other organizations.

Our Vision

To live in a community where no kittens are born wild, where no cat capable of living in a home is without one, and where all community cats have food, water, shelter and proper care.
