Bill Treasurer founded Giant Leap Consulting in 2002. The company's mission is to help people and organizations be more courageous.
Bill is the author of COURAGE GOES TO WORK (Berrett-Koehler, 2008), the first book about how to build workforce courage. His first book, RIGHT RISK (Berrett-Koehler, 2002), focuses on helping people make the right bold moves. Bill is also the chief editor of POSITIVELY M.A.D. (Berrett-Koehler, 2004), a compilation of stories from over 50 leading experts.
Giant Leap specializes in customizing courage-building and leadership development programs. GLC's clients include: Accenture, Walsh Construction, EarthLink, SPANX, Aldridge Electric Inc., Manheim, the Centers for Disease Control, UNICEF, and the U.S. Veteran's Administration.
Prior to founding Giant Leap, Bill was an executive in Accenture's change management practice. Before that, Bill traveled throughout the world as a member of the U.S. High Diving Team, peforming over 1500 high dives from heights that scaled to over 100 feet.
