Costa is currently pursuing his law degree (B.C.L., LL.B.) at McGill University’s Faculty of Law. Before returning home to Montreal, Costa graduated from Mount Allison University (2006). During his undergraduate studies, Costa spent the summer of 2005 interning at the Embassy of Mexico in Washington D.C., while enrolled in the NAFTA Leaders Program at the Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
A lover of languages and cultures, Costa is fluent in English, French and Greek. In addition to the little bit of Spanish Costa learned while abroad, he also spent two years studying Japanese while at Mount Allison.
Costa is also a self-taught web designer and programmer. He has designed and developed websites for start-up enterprises, a university department, restaurants, and an international food producer, among others.
