Since October 1st 2005 I accepted a Senior Project Manager role.
In this timeframe I was involved on several projects, especially in the Telecommunication Sector.
The main one was the largest and more visible project our services division in Italy ever did: designing and realizing the IPTV solution, based on Microsoft MediaRoom technology, for Telecom Italia. The project lasted 2 years and in this timeframe I coordinated a 50+ heads team, with day by day communicating with the product group, the customer and all the partners involved.
Since October 2005 to February 2006, I was involved in the final track of one of the highest impact projects we had in Italy, with Telecom Italia. We had to design and implement the architecture of the largest e-mail messaging system ever built in Italy, and one of the largest in the world.

During the first five months of 2008 I assumed a temporary role as a Groove Ranger in the Western Europe Groove Regional Competency Center (RCC).
In this role, I was engaged with the Groove technology n the most complex opportunities and engagements in Western Europe with:

• Direct engagement on projects which were considered very high risk and/or market moving
• Handling of project escalations

Since July 2004 to October 2005, my job role was Engagement Manager in the finance practice for central & southern Italy. My job consisted in selling services, solutions and technology to the Central Bank of Italy. Moreover, I had to care my customer for any issue involving Services and technology and coordinate technology specialists and project managers working on this customer

Since March 2002 to June 2004, with the new role of Partner Engagement Manager, I managed the team who developed the first Posta Elettronica Certificata (PEC) in Italy. Working together with Government agencies, partners, Financial companies and competitors, my team and I made the design and the implementation of the pilot. For more than one year, I made presentations and conferences to explain what the PEC was and why our solution was better than others.
