    Since October 1st 2005 I accepted a Senior Project Manager role.
    In this timeframe I was involved on several projects, especially in the Telecommunication Sector.

    The main one was the largest and more visible project our services division in Italy ever did: designing and realizing the IPTV solution, based on Microsoft MediaRoom technology, for Telecom Italia. The project lasted 2 years and in this timeframe I coordinated a 50+ heads team, with day by day communicating with the product group, the customer and all the partners involved.

    Since October 2005 to February 2006, I was involved in the final track of one of the highest impact projects we had in Italy, with Telecom Italia. We had to design and implement the architecture of the largest e-mail messaging system ever built in Italy, and one of the largest in the world.
