Anchored Cloud was the culmination of my entire career up to 2001. It was originally a moonlighting operation that turned into full-time freelance and then grew into a company with its own clients. Billed as 'Creative Development For Marketing,' Anchored Cloud did everything from writing sales presentations to video production, museum installations re-branding and website builds. More than once, we were the outfit toiling away behind the curtain of some bigger agencies looking to hire on some expertise.

I was the first hire in the Internet group. I came on as a Producer, wound up doing some account management early on, then was promoted to Associate Creative Director. I also took up copywriting at this point in my career, having been primarily a designer until this gig, which ended, like so many, with the dotcom bust.
