I have worked in the real estate and financial services industries for the past 9 years. I have worked for large banking organizations in the northeast in the commercial sector extending credit for real estate projects.
I have been professionally credit trained by JPMorgan Chase Bank for Commercial Lending.
After leaving the banking sector, I founded and successfully transitioned out of a successful commercial mortgage brokerage shop, and founded a Private Lending Fund (Hard Money) - W.A.D. Capital, LLC. I am now partners in a real estate development and finance company, Reliance Realty Partners, which is based out of Stamford CT.
In addition to my real estate initiatives, I have successfully co-founded a legal services business, a distressed asset acquisition fund, and am working on rolling out a full service insurance suite.
