Dave Stein's Summary
Ask yourself these questions: Is your small business struggling and looking for...
•Positive Cash Flows?
•On Time A/R Collections?
•Enthusiastic and Motivated Employees?
•Control of today's Rising Costs?
•Capital or Operations Financing?
•Solving Ownership Transition Issues?
•Expansion, or Just Getting Started Plans?
These are the core issues or problems that, during my several years of business management and subsequent business coaching practice, I found to be most prevalent in small business entities. Those business owners who were smart enough to successfully address these issues -- either by themselves or with professional assistance -- would, typically, continue to grow and prosper. And, those who did not are, in many cases, no longer in business.
As a business coach, my custom designed and "Solutions Driven" services were developed to minimize client out-of-pocket expense, while maximizing business operating improvement with existing resources -- a responsibility that I found to be extremely rewarding and personally satisfying.
