He has implemented and managed multimillion dollar online advertising budgets and is experienced in public relations and crisis management. Conrad has been intimately involved in the progression of Flash, the deployment of web analytics and statistical testing methodologies for online marketing optimization. Mr. Saam holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a sought-after speaker on online marketing, SEO, and service marketing and has been featured in USA Today, the New York Times and Strategy Magazine.
