IT and Customer Service - During the last few years I have developed a process and philosophy of IT and Customer Service management. I imagine I will be perfecting this for at least the next few years. Telephony: I've developed Telephony Software, Systems, Training, and Web Services programs. Email Infrastructure: Skills are a bit dated now but I have a lot of experience here. Linux: I prefer Linux and remain active in the community.
