President/Exeter Commercial LLC/CCA
Greater New York City Area
Since graduating from business school in 1984, I have been involved in the financial markets in a variety of positions. I have been a fixed-income analyst at Lehman Brothers, institutional fixed-income salesman and high yield municipal bond trader at PaineWebber, head of the fixed-income trading desk at Citicorp Investment Services and involved in proprietary equity trading prior to opening my own firm.
My goal at Exeter Commercial LLC is to provide commercial mortgage funding for those borrowers with nicks and cuts on their financials or with a property with its' own nicks and cuts.
Through my partnership with Commercial Capital Alliance, a commercial mortgage broker since 1990, we can either fund or obtain funding for every type of commercial loan scenario, including construction and bridge financing.
