One of these EPR programmes was groundbreaking and was used to inform the developing NHS National Programme for IT. He has also worked on, and advised, some of the world's biggest change projects valued in billions.

Colin underpins that experience with three academic degrees, including an MBA, and accreditations in PRINCE 2 and Managing Successful Programmmes.

He has an international reputation and is regularly invited to speak at, or chair, conferences and seminars.
