Head of Support Services and Knowledge Management at Tectura
Reading, United Kingdom
As a Board Level Sales Director working for one of the recognised leaders in implementing and outsourcing SAP and helping companies realise a true positive business transformation, I am a strong leader with solid skills in the creation and management of people, teams and businesses. With over eighteen years in the IT industry I have gained wide-ranging experience in a number of sales methods, technologies, delivery methods, commercial models and cultural organisations.
Over the last four years my work has focused on helping organisations such as GE, Tarmac, Pilkington, Elyo, SAB Miller, Bank of England and Xchanging see true positive returns on investments from their IT infrastructure. This encompasses true business change as well as consolidation, replacement and optimisation of their technology footprint. Focusing on the growth of Morse’s Managed Services division I have increased its customer base from 30 to more than 120 active clients and increased its revenue from £2m pa to over £30m pa.
At CSC my work focused on the e-Commerce and e-Business markets and at Axon on SAP and business transformation where I have played a central role in helping clients come to terms with doing business via the Internet whilst still maintaining their core delivery channels and improving the effectiveness of their organisations.
As an individual, I am a highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, and committed to successfully delivering high value systems to clients within time and budget constraints. I am customer facing, have excellent communication skills and I can converse easily at all levels. I have a quiet yet inspiring leadership style that creates confidence and enthusiasm in others.
