Anthony Colfelt’s Summary
Peddling experience design: I've aided or have been responsible for the implementation of user centred approaches in the companies for whom I've worked as a user experience design lead (BBC, Classmates.com, MyFamily.com). I also mentor others in this methodology while practicing it.
Management: I usually manage medium-sized design teams (6-8) as creative/user experience lead and line-manager.
Practical study: I have experimented with integrating user centric interaction design and Agile approaches to software development. I continue to research new ways of informing user experience design and communicating it within project teams and to wider business representatives.
Leading: 7 years as the user experience design lead in building new, or enhancing old web-based community and digital identity applications. My range includes structural design (Information Architecture & Interaction Design) as well as brand creation, expression and execution.
I'm Passionate about customer experience. I aim to create appropriate and engaging emotional associations between a customer, the product they are using and the company that brings that experience to them.
