My personal goal through Coethica is to raise awareness and motivate businesses of all sizes and development to fully explore the commercial opportunities of being a 'responsible' organisation.
Our services include, strategic planning & implementation, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, environmental management systems (ISO 14001, BS855 etc), carbon footprint calculation, marketing & communications (award applications), assurance (AA1000), non-financial report writing, Investors in People, flexible working, sustainable procurement (supply chain management) charitable relationship management, training and partner brokerage.

Enable is a community regeneration initiative in North Liverpool based around the Sirolli Institutes Enterprise Facilitation methodology.
We currently assist over 15 new business starts per year and over 100 clients annually by providing access to networks and information through a Facilitator and a substantial Panel of energised volunteer supporters from every corner of the community, including residents, business people, public sector advisors and very enthusiastic supporters!

Liverpool Habitat for Humanity is an affordable housing project and affiliate of the global HfH charititable organisation.
The Liverpool (one of 3 in UK) project provides homes in a deprived area of the city by offering preferential mortgages to selected individuals, who in return are required to provide 500 'sweat equity' hours actually on site helping with their or others homes.

It was my remit to manage the development of the previously internal, tradtional 'Football in the Community' department as a independant registered charity.
Highlights included:
* Winning Business in the Community's 'Big Tick' Award for Excellence, CommunityMark and CR Index.
* Created Everton's Disabled Football Programme (now considered best in the world with over 16 teams) from inception.
* Personally invited by UNICEF to Malaysia to work with local Football Association
* Transferred internal Club department into independant charity
* Ran New York Marathon to raise awareness of new charitable status (and worked with local NY community groups)
* Twice visited Shanghai to develop satellite EFC Community Programme
* Developed numerous commercial partnerships with organisations such as BT, Cisco, Shell, McDonalds, Coca Cola,T-Mobile and Southern Cross Health Care.
* Supported many local, regional, national and international good causes.
