Managing engineering of five engineering teams to create and maintain the above sites. Technology focus on Ruby and Rails and additional tools and frameworks to support those technologies.
We use an adapted agile methodology, and work closely with our product teams and quality assurance teams which are an integral part of our process. Quality is built in from the start with QA and Test Automation being involved from ideation through product delivery and extended maintenance.
