Other formal education includes a degree in the field of Psychology and an advanced degree in Business Administration. She is a qualified occupational and Myers-Briggs assessment administrator, and a qualified Leadership Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Tanya earned her first career coaching certification with Career Coach Academy in 2007 and formalized her calling to work with individuals and groups seeking to find and advance their career calling through Be Intention Career Coaching, now called Design Your Work. In 2008, she completed a professional certification under the Christian track in Leadership & Talent Management Coaching with Leadership Coach Academy.
