When I was first diagnosed with RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) in October 2003, I never imagined it would lead me to become the first known RSD Coach™. But I am so glad that is where my journey has led me. There was nobody to assist me through all the tough stuff so I could come out on the other side a positive, functioning, living and loving life individual, I had to do it all by myself. Being your RSD Coach™ takes that equation out of the way for you so all you have to do is learn from me and you too will make it to the other side. Granted, it won't be easy or over night, but it can and will happen with me as your RSD Coach™.

from things like; RSD, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis,

I can relate!! I am living with RSD, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis,Osteoarthritis of the knees, Multiple Sclerosis, and something they have yet to figure out, BUT.... I am living life and loving it despite the horrible pain associated with those "gifts"!! And so can YOU!!
