For the past ten years, I have been intensely researching “all of our Baby Boomer” questions and concerns.
I am a passionate Professional Life Coach dedicated to writing books and e-courses, Coaching my one-on-one clients and giving workshops/seminars.
I have a full two year masters and certification in Personal Life Coaching I am a member of Coach U, Coachville and The International Coaching Federation.
I serve on hospital and Coaching association boards and continue to publish books, workbooks and e-courses, plus many articles focused on the challenges of balancing the responsibilities of raising children, caregiving for aging parents and the steps to take to find your passion in a “bridge career”, Retirement and even the final stages of life.
My motivation and passion is to empower those who want to actively make the years from 50 on, the most rewarding.
