Chris Mendez's Summary

Director of New Media for USC Radio, technology consultant for non-for-profits, Corporations and, B-corp start-ups. As a digital producer, I split my time between building (or enhancing) brands and building applications. In my experience, both toolsets go hand-in-hand and provide a clearer path for market success. When it comes to building great brands, I help companies with their market research, ideation, project-based mission statements, value propositions, aesthetic design and business plans. On the software-side, I've done everything from Javascript prototypes to app architectures designed for a 1M+ users. Since the scope of any website, app, API, software supply chain, arduino sketch or physical product can vary, it's my role to help companies find a balance between their core competencies and their audience. Above all, my primary function is to help companies find new ways to connect, engage, empower and delight communities online.
