At Electronic Arts, I tested online sales systems and a newly produced promotional system. Performing multiple roles at Handheld Entertainment, I tested and shipped ZVUE personal media player models 200 and 250 and video production software, produced and shipped interactive media, promotional print materials, and provided excellent customer service and support.

• Tested rollout and purchasability of new titles using previous and new web store systems
