Software Engineer at AOL MapQuest
Lancaster, Pennsylvania Area
Over 10 years of professional software engineering I am a Java Development expert with a diverse skill set ranging from AS/400 & i5 RPG to bash zshell Linux. I've developed for Blackberry, J2ME, iPhone Cocoa Touch devices and dabbled in BREW. The orignal author of GSpec, I've developed MIDlet and Blackberry plugins for Maven and made enhancements to the Antenna project. I've recently been prototyping voice recognition and Text-To-Speech components in an attempt to implement a voice responsive application that supports both iPhone and J2ME. My ultimate goal is to find the developer that leaked Windows specific logic in the RIM tool set and lock him/her in a room full of nothing but Linux and OS X machines and Java compilers.
Dynamic logic implementation for financial and health care systems, manufacturing and work flow systems design, hands on shipping/receiving warehouse work, Loss prevention experience, Mapping and geolocation systems design, web application implementation, maintenance and deployment, mobile development.
