I am an independent freelancer manager and business developer specialising in the new media industry. My core knowledge in the field of agency, ad-technology and client direct recruitment.
I keep an organised, professional group of individuals in touch with the clients that need them. I am always interested in meeting talented freelancers, still in love with their job who would benefit from having someone actively looking after their interests. My fees are transparent to both the client and freelancer because they are fair.
External production services are also sourced and connected to clients at no fee to the end client.
In-house services are available. Reviving stagnant recruitment processes and getting people through the door. I am happy to consult on process improvement, recruitment drives, grad schemes, contact harvesting, freelancer pools, candidate screening, company penetration, job advertising etc..
This service is not there to get in the way, or to muscle big fees. I aim to create the shortest path possible between employer and employee.
I advocate an open networking policy and am always happy to help in whatever way I can. Many wonderful acquaintances and friends have been made this way and plan to carry on.
