A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a qualified coach supervisor with extensive coach training and experience together with a corporate business background. I am passionate about standards and ethics in the profession.

Working with Leaders looking to 'fine-tune' their leadership whilst being authentic and clients in transition whether that's a role, career or life change.
* Assisted a Country Manager in a global pharmaceutical company enhance his leadership presence and overall effectiveness. Served as thought partner in building and reviewing his new team and facilitated better management of time to focus on key issues and initiatives.
* Coached the European Head of Marketing in a large global organisation to create his ideal role and work/like balance. This in turn enabled more opportunities for the other individuals in the team so more cohesive and stronger results.
* A senior Director needed to develop other influencing skills with his peers. The feedback from structured interviews with his team provided data as to when this was happening and the impact. Assisted the Director to be more observant, adjust his behaviour so he was much more effective.
