Now working, primarily in the UK and Czech Rpublic, with senior managers and next generation leaders and their teams to help them realize their goals and discover what is possible through solution focused coaching. Having operated at Director level for over a decade in 2 international companies (FMCG and retailing), I understand the pressures and challenges of leaders operating in large matrix multinational companies. Have also worked recently with international clients in banking, manufacturing, telecommunications, logistics and an European business school.
