  I was hired to be the user experience engineer and design architect. The position requires design, interface and web 2.0 skills. The application utilizes the latest in .NET 2.0 and AJAX for a truly desktop feel web application. After only 4 months I was promoted to Product Development Manager. In addition to my design responsibilities I am so responsible for all the product development. This includes preparing business rules, use case scenarios, timelines and deliverables, and scoping for the entire product. Additionally, I work with clients and senior level executives to develop future enhancements and client specific development efforts. In June 2008, I was promoted to Vice President of Marketing for all the consulting and software arms of Scarab Consulting, who purchased DigIT Technologies.
