C4 is the term for the powerful plastic explosive used in difficult to reach applications. To the unfamiliar, C4 is no more useful than Play-Dough, or any other modeling clay, but to an experienced user, C4 is essential for its intended purpose. it is the same with intangible people assets in our companies. For most management, they lie dormant, and useless. But, with understanding, they become the most leverageable profit creator in the enterprise. Typically, much unrealized value is found in an organization's untapped Human Capital.

For 20 years I have delivered more than 5,000 Biblically based trainings including: Leadership, Human Capacity, Schizophrenic Christianity, Legalism and Grace, The Sovereignty of God, Ending Bondages, Peace and Freedom, The Church and Religious Self Righteousness.
Most recently, I delivered a 10 hour series at a pastor's comference in Moab, UT. The focus was a complete discussion of the Barriors to the Christian's Ability to Live in Joy, Peace, and Rest.
I am a consumate "Iconoclast," recognizing that most of what limits the power and attractiveness of Christ in today's institutional church, is centered around man-made, commonly accepted false icons of God set against the true knowledge of God and Christ.
My messages are inviting, thought provoking, and, challenging to established paradigms. For this reason, hearers are stretched and inspired. They will think, and view the Bible in a fresh way.

Charis Church for Families was instituted to teach Christian fathers that their primary ministry, their most significant, God-given disciples, are the members of their family. This contradicted the more traditional church approach where pastors were viewed as spiritual leaders, with the associated responsibilities for discipleship being delegated accordingly.
In our model, fathers were taught how to take the pastoral role in their home, with their families. They learned the critical importance of teaching, leading, discipling, ministering on the level with the command in Acts to "Be witnesses of Christ, beginning in Jerusalem,(at home) then Judea, (at church and into the community) then to the outermost parts of the world. (Further extended ministry).
We created many disciples who, today, are significant ministers for the gospel in whatever place the Lord has called them.
