What initially started as a job board and resume database has evolved into a community which provides avenues and outlets for discussions relevant to the civil engineering industry; in particular as it relates to the overall job market, the employment process and the work environment.

Additionally, she have served as an industry expert and judge for CE News, Structural Engineering News, and Architecture publications’ “Best Firms to Work for Contest(s)”. Over the years Carol has conducted recruiting presentations to industry associations such as the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), regional sections of the American Society of Civil Engineering (ASCE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) Human Resources Roundtable. She has authored several human resources and recruiting articles for PSMJ Resouces.
