I have found a job that I love and that in itself is an achieved goal! I help people buy and sell homes. My favorite customers are young families buying for the first time. I can get a paycheck anywhere, but I have never been so satisfied as being a part of the home buying process with someone. My children are young and I am striving for balance between work and home. As my children get older I aspire to become more involved in my new career and other interests, some making money, some not. Real Estate is an inconsistent business, however, so I am building some things on the side, as well, that promote health and wellness, as well as financial satisfaction. Lastly, although I have no "professional" experience in writing other than a brief stint in writing classified ads at the Flint Journal, my future, ultimate professional goal is to make my living as an author.
My trouble shooting skills and people skills have been the most valuable tools in every job and situation.
