Cindy Barnes’s Summary

I'm a results-led, business innovator with product and service development expertise. I have a senior technical and a sales background.

I've just co-written the only book that shows how to build a value proposition, it's published in Europe in October 2009 and the rest of the world from 28th November 2009.

I'm also a qualified counsellor in Transactional Analysis which is a huge help in understanding behavioural change.

I'm my previous roles I developed a leading-edge technical product for a part of Panavision which is still their most profitable product to date. I also helped start up a new business unit for Capgemini and generated sales of £83m in the first year.

In my spare time (!) I founded Transition Town Maidenhead and am becoming an expert on all things solar (panels, thermal and PV).
