FUND - CONVENIENT TOOL FOR ART TV INITIATIVE
Art TV for «non-mainstream» cinema works, independent studios, beginners and for professionals within the TV industry. This project is an integral part of the overall Ukrainian culture revival, an outlet for the visual communications arts and creativity of the UA artists of all kinds.
