Chuck has managed several homebuilding companies and served as Project Manager on a variety of residential, commercial, and institutional projects during his career including single-family and multi-family housing, schools, office and medical buildings, motels, recreation centers, a prison. and a ski lodge.
Chuck is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and serves as a National Director, a Trustee of the National Sales and Marketing Council, and a Trustee of the Builder 20 Clubs.
Chuck a Life Director of the Idaho State Building Contractors Association (IBCA).
Chuck is also Past President and Life Director of the Building Contractors Association of SW Idaho (BCASWI) and serves as Chairman of the BCASWI’s Sales and Marketing Council, Green Building Council, Ethics and Arbitration Committee, and Education Commmittee. He was recognized by the BCASWI as the 2003 Builder of the Year for his service to the association, the building industry, and the community. He was also recognized by the BCASWI with the “Jim Amyx Spike of the Year” award in 2005 for his efforts in recruiting new members to the association.
Chuck is the first builder in the State of Idaho to the Certified Green Building Professional (CGP) designation from the NAHB and the first builder in the State of Idaho to earn the Graduate Master Builder (GMB) and Certified Graduate Builder CGB) designations.
Chuck is a member of NAHB's National Sales and Marketing Council and a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), the fourth and most prestigious designation given by the Institute. He has also earned the Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP) designation, the mid-level designation for IRM students who have completed the marketing intensive IRM courses I through IV, the Master Certified New Home Sales Professional (MCSP) and the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designations.
