Chuck Garrett’s Summary
Co-founder & managing partner of a successful boutique real estate brokerage at age 25, Chuck spent ten years learning all facets of general brokerage real estate in the record breaking Honolulu market of the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.
In 1998 an opportunity in real estate technology put Chuck on the road to Dallas, TX where for eight years he directed the implementation services group for the country’s largest online property management software company; expanding beyond single family residential to work in the multi-family conventional, affordable & low income tax credit housing markets.
Back home in Hawaii, a strong foundation in real estate sales, management and technology serves Chuck well as a Broker/Owner and the Business Development Director @ Kahala Associates where he manages the company’s global relocation, referral and business development programs as well as its online business applications and Internet 2.0 directives.
Chuck received his Hawaii Real Estate Broker’s license in 1990, his Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in 1995 and the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation in 2008.
