Get to Great™ is a benchmarking methodology designed and intended to enable organisations to assess their current capabilities and define their future aspirations against a set of capability models covering a number of business critical areas. Initially, key stakeholders achieve consensus in both areas as part of a facilitated workshop, followed by the joint creation of prioritised action plans to close the gaps. The second stage is the execution of these action plans within the agreed timescales, followed by a repeat of the initial workshop to validate the outcome and define further actions plans. The first model, Bid Capability, was created in 2001, followed by Sales Readiness, Account Management and Channel Management. Work started on Leadership and Project Management late 2008.
We work with our clients to improve win ratios and reduce the cost of bidding through the design and implementation of cost effective bid processes and solutions. We use practical methodologies and tools to enable consistent and repeatable sales and bid execution.
