Team member for software development of Boecore’s Bilateral Certification and Accreditation Tool (BoBCAT), a Ruby on Rails web repository and reporting system for Information Assurance (IA) activities associated with maintaining secure systems for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
* Provided on-site customer interface between the BoBCAT development team and the MDA IA crew. Worked directly with MDA IA practitioners to refine BoBCAT requirements.
* Created and managed BoBCAT documentation artifacts suitable for a Department of Defense (DoD) project, including MS Project schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Management Plan, Configuration Management procedures, Risk Analysis and Test Plan.
* Managed the procedures required for the deployment of BoBCAT to a classified network environment, including hardware procurement, Remedy Request for Change (RFC) procedures, software registration and source code review and approvals.
* Developed unit and functional tests for the BoBCAT code base. Defined and created use case documentation. Detected and repaired bugs in the BoBCAT code base, integrated code changes into the Unfuddle ticket system and the Git version control system.
