Helped develop internet strategies for reaching a younger demographic than the traditional Sal Army volunteer/supporter.
I built a flash application that allowed non-technically savvy staff to update a online newsletter using only MS Word. Lacking a traditional database the flash program was still able to: populate navigation menus, articles, and seed text used in email blasts.
A second application was built using Authorware to help staff archive and manage simultaneous newsletters.
From this project I gained experience with:
• Online marketing
• Email blast best practices
• Flash programming
• Working inside a non-profit
