ABOUT CHRIS SPARKS
I was basically born into the Human Resources and Recruiting industry. My father is one of the first Certified Personnel Consultants in North Carolina and started his first recruiting firm in 1978.

In 1995, I finished my MBA, left Wachovia Bank as Area Operations Manager, and went into recruiting with my father. I specialized in banking, finance & marketing. I was often brought in to build banks from the ground up hiring as many as 100 employees at a time from tellers to bankers.

In 1998, we started our first career sites, HVACNews.com, HVACCareers.com & NCCareers.com. This was the beginning of the CareerMVP.com & BusinessMVP.com Network. We have since added 1,500 targeted career sites to the network. We own and operate all sites.

In 1998, I also recorded & co-produced my first CD as a recording artist. I took a lot of time to work on my voice, songs and business plan. In 2007, I returned to the studio as Producer and Recording Artist to record 6 new songs for my new album with some of the best musicians and engineers in the business. I am now working on my music videos, DVD's and the final 6 songs for the CD. I have written over 200 songs and am a member of ASCAP & the Country Music Association (CMA).
