Manage an international team which provides data, application and reporting services to a roster of diverse technology companies working in a highly dynamic environment. I currently support the growth of major strategic accounts by directing a team which supplies key technology services that facilitate global lead generation, marketing and sales activities. In my tenure I have increased the operational efficiencies of the data services group by driving automated technologies and solutions while keeping a high level of client satisfaction. I have continuously championed and implemented process improvements across the enterprise as part of my everyday management responsibilities including assisting in areas for which I have no direct line of business responsibility for.

Managed an IT staff that provided support for a 400-person company. I played a key role in combining and assimilating technology resources during two mergers and acquisitions. Manage the replacement of nearly 400 desktop PC’s in the Austin facility. Redesigned and stabilized the company’s network, backup and reporting systems.
