I started in this role as a Nursery Nurse, I was then made deputy manager for the nursery. One of my key roles within the nursery was the implementation of the Key Learning Activities and planning, this was for when Ofsted introduced the inspections for Nurseries to ensure that Pre-school children were recieving the correct amount of educational stimulus prior to them entering main stream education. This now has to followed thoughout the mojority of the nursery for the ages of 2-3 upwards. On the intial inspection the nursery was given the highest possible grading. Leaving me feeling very proud of myself!!
