Worked on a project for national press agency Belga for 4 months (helping to decide policy on buying/merging exisiting press archives into national initiative and profitable business unit) and coordinated cd-rom production for Lannoo. Only 2 projects because actively looking for another job.

Responsible for portalsite (bilingual), 5 brand sites (nichesites for different marketsegments), on and offline events, ... with p&l responsibility, clearly defined visitors targets and managing a team of approx 25. When mothercompany KPN decided to pull out of Belgium, the media activity became obsolete and the team was dismantled in a major reorganisation. The Publisher represented her team in the negotiations with management during this reorganisation and left with her team.

Preparing Business Plan 2000 for startup 2000; BP and planned investment conflicted with announced restructuring within VUM. Job offer from Planet Internet helped make the decision to leave sooner than expected.
