Bringing Life to Compulsory Training
Leeds, United Kingdom
I use my years of experience in training to review and improve compulsory compliance type training programmes within organisations.
My goal is to make compulsory training relevant and valued by employees within organisations by creating relevant training modules and methods that can be easily implemented by in house trainers and managers.
I also specialise in strategic facilitation and seek to improve employee engagement by the use of facilitation methods. I run team sessions on action planning, strategy and problem solving. I also train managers to become facilitators for their own teams and am working with a northern University to develop a masters level qualification in facilitation.
I am based in Yorkshire and have worked across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Ukraine.
