The main goal for my business is to work with individuals and groups to develop their skills, strengths and abilities so that they can make progress. The work that I do is customised for each client and I base it on real situations that they face in their work. This means that the training is highly relevant and makes an impact on the organisation’s achievement of its goals and values.
I facilitate team sessions on action planning, strategy and problem solving. Sometimes I work as the facilitator for the group, other times I train groups of managers so that they can facilitate their teams and improve their problem solving approach. I also offer one to one coaching in planning and organisational skills for busy executives and newly promoted managers.
The topics I cover include: engaging and motivating employees, facilitating effective meetings, project leadership, customer service, emotionally intelligent leadership, innovation and entrepreneur skills. My relaxed and informal style creates a productive working atmosphere.
I am based in Yorkshire and have worked across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Ukraine.
