I take a consultative approach to meeting the recruitment needs of my clients, and enjoy the many business relationships I have developed over the years. When you engage us to fill your permanent positions, we promise we will commit to:
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process for specific open positions.
• Provides assistance or direction to the recruiters and the hiring manager in interviewing candidates.
•Knowledge of staffing activities, including candidate sourcing, recruitment strategy design and implementation, screening and assessment.
• Using a variety of methods, source candidates that meet the target profile, using screening techniques to reduce the candidate pool.
•Identify appropriate recruiting strategy to meet hiring needs.
•Source and develop candidates through traditional and creative means, such as networking, Linked In, internet searches, cold and passive calling off name research, referrals, etc.
•Understand and be able to clearly convey the client value proposition and technology to find the best candidates to join.
•Work in partnership with all client´s Recruitment staff.
•Personal characteristics including high integrity, drive to achieve, flexibility, creativity, and sense of humor.
