Christian Wernberg-Tougaard’s Summary

I believe in technology. But technology acts transformational. Everydays tasks and challenges are altered by technology. And if you don't understand how technology works today and tomorrow, you won't be able to strategize the right actions to make tomorrow a better place.

So - that is what I do - I try to influence people and organizations to see opportunities in (new) technology. Through my network I lobby, strategize and envision how change can be implemented, how innovative measures and tools can be applicated to the world of today to pave the road for the world of tomorrow.

If you want to better understand the options for the companies of tomorrow through the world of today, I will urge you to read more on in4change.com and to contact me.

Social Welfare is globally attracting huge interest, as many governments face transformational challenges as they are challenged by citizens demand for "right person, right time, right service" - something that the current state of social welfare has had issues coping with. The Digitalization of Social Welfare is realized by utilizing innovation and transformation of business processes combined with the use of COTS products that form a holistic solution set giving new flexibility and services with a high degree of business resilience.

The Danish Council of Greater IT-security was inaugurated on May 19 as 21 founders from Public sector, private sector and research institutions voted for the creation of the organisation. I was elected chairman of the board for the next 2 years - and together with my peers from public sector, private sector and reseach we will address how society can adapt to the irreversible changes that digitalization has brought forward - and how it-security issues in a trust and privacy - as well as technical regard - should be dealt with today to create a better tomorrow. I led the development of the innovation and transformation activities in Europe - especially with a focus on Public Sector business innovation. I belive that "strategic marketing" is the key to create value - by collaboration between sales and marketing. This has little to do with posters and leaflets - and much more about: positioning right messages at right levels (at client and in media), outreach of thought leadership and enabling the demonstration of thought leadership, envision new strategies for client value creation and efficiently brief analysts and opinion-makers on the differentiators of Unisys.

To create a company spirit at the team of employees that work with the public sector and to constantly make sure that the media knows who Unisys is, what we are doing, and what we care about (the transformation of society towards a digitized service-economy.
    3) Development and enhancement of Unisys policy and lobbyism skills at partner and manager levels. And assistance in carrying out activities of policy and lobbyism.
