While at PeopleLogic I have led a team of 3 developers on the email and event marketing and management application 'Suite'. I was in charge of releases, training, delegating jobs and bug fixes and mentoring.

I was also the system administrator and maintained 18 servers ranging from database and web servers to mail and dns servers. It was a business critical environment and downtime was rarely seen. We also looked after a web and database server for Westpac Events and would liase on a regular basis with the Westpac IT staff.
