Lorient Area, France
For Christiana Adams-Caille
As my profile indicates, I have experience in many areas.
My current goal and mission (!) is to use all of my skills to make La Prévenchère the most successful B & B in the heart of Brittany, to market our new "Cours Culinaires et Culturels" vacation packages, and to launch my English Language Academy.
My top priority? My family and my friends.
"Entertaining Angels"... all of the time.
For Christian Caille
From Paris originally, Christian Caille lived in Minnesota for more than thirty years. He first went to the United States as a student and then returned to open the Sofitel Hotel in Bloomington, MN, the first French-owned hotel in the United States. In the 1980s and 90s he owned La Grande Crêpe and Quail on the Hill in St. Paul, Café Nicollet in Minneapolis and the well-respected Quail Catering Company. His dedication to passing on his knowledge to young people led him to teaching at the Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis.
Christian returned to France in 2002 to open La Prévenchère where he continues to share his love of French culture with his guests.
"Hospitality," he notes, "is one of the great joys in life. It is always a pleasure to welcome guests to La Prévenchère and to make their stay memorable."
Guests can also arrange to take private culinary instruction from Christian who tailors the classes to individual requests. More information about the classes and our vacation package is in the Breadmaking and Gastronomie and Cuisine and Culture sections of our website and on our blog.
